UK dispatch timing
Orders are dispatched from the UK. In-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Lyophilised powder is the robust transport form and travels well; where a line calls for it, cold-chain handling applies.
Packaging
Every order ships in discreet, tamper-evident, protective packaging. Where cold-chain handling is needed, materials are packed with the appropriate insulation and coolant so they arrive in specification. There is no external branding indicating the contents.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent on a tracked courier service. Free UK delivery over £150 (confirm); below that threshold a flat tracked-shipping charge is shown at checkout. You receive a tracking reference on dispatch so you can follow the parcel to your door.
International
We supply internationally to business and research buyers where it is lawful to do so. International shipments are tracked, and you are responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance requirements in the destination country. Please note that some classes of material, in particular GLP-1 and incretin-class items, may face additional customs scrutiny or restrictions in certain territories. If in doubt, check your local import rules or ask us before ordering.
If a parcel is delayed or damaged
If your tracking has not updated or the parcel has not arrived when expected, email info@axynpeptides.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photographs of the outer box, the inner packaging and the affected items, then send them to us with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
