Four gates on every batch
A complete certificate answers two separate questions with two separate methods, then adds the safety panel serious researchers ask for. Each batch passes all four gates before it is released.
01. Identity, by mass spectrometry
Expected mass against observed mass, with the stated salt form named. This is the only way to prove what is actually in the vial. It resolves the traps that catch out weaker suppliers: the TB-500 fragment against full Thymosin Beta-4, and the free base against acetate against arginate salt-form question, both of which are settled only by the observed mass and the declared counterion.
02. Purity, by HPLC
Supplied with the printed chromatogram and its integration detail, not just a headline percentage. A number with no trace behind it is an assertion; a chromatogram is evidence.
03. Heavy metals, by ICP-MS
Screened against limits. This is the dimension most of the field never shows.
04. Bacterial endotoxin, by LAL
Tested against a stated limit by the LAL method: the safety panel a serious research setting expects on finished sterile vials.

What testing does and does not tell you
Testing establishes the identity and quality of a research material: the right molecule, at a measured purity, screened for metals and endotoxin. That is its entire purpose. It does not describe, recommend or imply any use in or on the body, and nothing about a passing certificate should be read as guidance for use in a living system.
