These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of research materials by Axyn Peptides, a brand of AMIDE Research Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), to business and research customers (“you”). By placing an order you accept these terms. Please also read our Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by suitably qualified professionals. They are not medicines, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not for human or animal consumption. Products must not be administered to humans or animals, and must not be used in any diagnostic or therapeutic setting.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age and are ordering on a business to business basis;
- you are a qualified research buyer acquiring products for lawful in-vitro research only;
- you will store, handle, use and dispose of all products safely, responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and good laboratory practice; and
- you accept full responsibility for the lawful use and disposal of the products once they are delivered to you.

2. Ordering and pricing
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT and any applicable duties or delivery charges are added at checkout where relevant. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.
We may decline or cancel any order that falls outside our research supply relationship, that we reasonably believe is intended for a prohibited use, or where we are unable to verify your status as a research buyer.
3. Acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch and to refund any payment taken. Because products are supplied on a business to business basis for research use, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Any cancellation or amendment requested by you before dispatch is at our discretion. Our returns position for unused goods is set out on our Returns and Refunds page.
4. Delivery and passing of risk
Goods are dispatched to the delivery address you provide. Please see our Delivery Information page for dispatch and tracking detail. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that goods can be received safely.
5. Limitation of liability
Products are supplied for in-vitro research use only, and the buyer is solely responsible for their safe, lawful and appropriate handling, use and disposal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of products other than strictly in accordance with these terms and our Research Use Policy. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Changes to these terms
