What it is

KLOW is a co-formulated research blend of four separate peptides lyophilised together in one vial: GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1, roughly 401.9 g/mol), BPC-157 (C62H98N16O22, about 1419.5 g/mol), TB-500 (a Thymosin beta-4 fragment near 889 g/mol or the full protein near 4963 g/mol) and KPV (Lys-Pro-Val, C16H30N4O4, about 342.4 g/mol). KLOW is GLOW with KPV added, supplied here as an 80 mg total fill. It is a defined mixture, not a single molecule.

Research context

Each component has its own separate research literature: GHK-Cu as a copper-binding matrix tripeptide, BPC-157 in preclinical tissue-repair models, TB-500 as an actin-sequestering cell-migration peptide, and KPV as an anti-inflammatory alpha-MSH fragment studied at the NF-kB pathway. There is no blend-specific study data, and combining peptides does not transfer or multiply their individual findings. This listing describes the constituent molecules for laboratory investigation only and makes no claim of synergy or of any effect in humans or animals.

Handling and storage

Supplied lyophilised for reconstitution with bacteriostatic water as a research-handling step. Store cold and protected from light; reconstituted material is cold-chain dependent. Four peptides with different degradation profiles share one vial, so finished-blend stability is the relevant reference.

Testing and quality

Every batch is third-party tested. The Certificate of Analysis resolves all four components separately by identity (sequence and mass spectrometry, keyed to the Lys-Pro-Val sequence for KPV) and load (mg), with copper-complexation confirmation for GHK-Cu.

Supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption.

Frequently asked questions

What is KLOW blend?
What it is
KLOW is a co-formulated research blend of four separate peptides lyophilised together in one vial: GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1, roughly 401.9 g/mol), BPC-157 (C62H98N16O22, about 1419.5 g/mol), TB-500 (a Thymo. Supplied lyophilised for laboratory research only.
Is KLOW blend legal to buy in the UK for research purposes?
Yes. Not a licensed medicine; supplied as a research chemical for laboratory research use only, to researchers aged 18+. Not for human or veterinary use.
How do I reconstitute it?
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water; the volume added sets the concentration. See our reconstitution guide. No dosing guidance is provided.
What testing has been done on this product?
Third-party tested (Janoshik): HPLC purity with chromatogram and mass-spec identity, per-batch Certificate of Analysis, QR code on the vial linking to it.
What should it look like? (QC self-check)
A reconstituted solution should be a clear blue to violet colour, reflecting the intact copper complex; fading toward green or brown can indicate copper release or oxidation.
